We ARE waiving inspection fees. I think I incorrectly told both of you that we were NOT waiving inspection fees. I apologize. Here is the section from the agreement that you can see stating we are waiving 50% of inspection fees. 3.5 Fee Waivers. The City agrees to waive 50% of building permit fees, inspection fees, and roadway impact fees for the development of the Improvements, excluding water and waste water impact fees, assessed against the Land, which shall be refunded to the Owner following completion of the related portion of the Improvements in accordance with City policy, for the period beginning on the Effective Date and continuing until the Expiration Date.
