Dear Howard:
In response to your request regarding the Proposed Water and
Sanitary Sewer Plan submitted with the Preliminary Plat for
Parkway Boulevard West, the locations and number of in-line valves
to be constructed on the 16-inch water main in Parkway BOulevard
will be determined at the time of Final Platting of the!Parkway
Boulevard Right-of-Way and preparation of construction plans
for water and sanitary sewer improvements. ABQ Development
Corporations the property owner, will install a sufficient number
of in-line valves at locations within Parkway Boulevard as
required to provide proper operation of water distribution
facilities in compliance with City of Coppell requirements.
