ST8807-CS 890227¢Z!4) CULLUM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. MUNICIPAL CONTRACTORB POST OFFICE BOX 8455 DALLAB, TEXAB ~B20B CITY OF COPPELL PO BOX 487 COPPELL, TX. 75019 ATTN: STEVE MORTON RE: ROYAL LANE EXTENSION FEBRUARY 27, 1989 GENTLEMEN, This letter is to confirm our meeting on Feb. 24, 1989, on the jobsite, to discuss moving the location of the 12" water to save the landowner's Crepe Myrtle trees. All parties agreed that moving the line 2-4' away from the R.O.W., would help the situation. To do this we must abandon the 2" water service Mr. Jim Hadsell is using. This service will be abandoned anyway when our new 'line is put in service, so we agreed to run a 1" temporary service to the City meter to keep the landowner in water. This line will be installed in part on Mr. Hadsell's property, and his signature on this letter serves as his approval of this agreement. Cullum Construction also agrees to,~replant a new Crepe Myrtle tree in the location we damaged the existing tree. The City Of Coppell has no'responsibility in this agreement other than their approval of the revised location of the water line. This location will be noted the the as-built plans turned in at the jobs end. Thank you for your help in this matter. Si ncerely yours, Landowner Approval Philip Cullum .(.,t y Mr. Dim Hads~ll ~- Developer Approval ~ ~:~eP~ment ~o.
