I have received the Texas Highway Department.'s intersection striping
layout and have forwarded them Onto Clyde, so he can schedule Uvalde
to complete the striping.
I have also received a letter from Clyde (attached) outlining what
they feel is their responsibility. In summary, Thompson has agreed
to do .all the ~striping requested. 'As for the channel bank seeding.
They have attached a copy of a phone log of a conversation with Wayne
Ginn. They feel they are not responsible to do seeding and .they
feel that Wayne, as the City representative, agreed that if they
used 4:1 slope and installed a pilot channel, they would not be
required to seed.
~ As of to date the outstanding items are: 1) Cleaning Culverts "
2) Street Striping
3) Erosion Protection (seeding)
We will need to respond' to Clyde's letter as soon as possible to
keep this project' tracking for November-December walk-thru.
