Memo from Ginn, Inc. - Royal Ln. Extension Construction Plans
After reviewing Ginn's letter I also agree with the comments made
and a formal written maintenance agreement should be drawn up which
should include the culverts mentioned and the minimum maintenance
requirements expected. The minimum requirements should exceed the
present ordinance requirement of once a month by two and it should
state removal of erosion and/or debris as needed to maintain said
channel as its original condition.
