1. Lowering of the existing 16" concrete c~linder wat.Vline to clear the
proposed 10'x 5' culvert. Wiping the.i~-side of alJ~.p, ip~with a .1%
2. Notifying Minyard's, the City of CoPpeil (Steve Morton at ~62-8~95)
and Texas Stock Tab in writing at=l~st one week prior to affecting ~
their weekend water service.
3. Constructing, maintaining and removal of the temporary
between Minyard's 4" service line and 10" fire line. Removing this
temporary connection in Steve Mortoms presence. Plugging the tapping
valves and returning 'the site to original conditions.

5, -Draining the eXisting .10".'Minyard 'flre-.-line to remove stagnate water
into nearby swales. Draining until:~UnPleasant taste, odor and color
have dissapated.
6. Refilling the 10" proposed fire line and the 16" concrete cylinder water
line for testing by using blow offs or separate taps. Using a double
check valve to preclude drawing highly chlorinated water back into the
main system. Metering all water used. Providing gallonage to Steve
Morton {~62-8q95). There will be no charge to the contractor for the
water used in testing. Do not recharge any line by simply opening an
in-line valve.
7. Providing all testing and-equipment-necessary to meet City of Coppell
testing, requirements.' Arranging for' bacteriological tests and
coordinating all pressure tests-with Steve Morton. neting th:t te~s will
