Type 3 Barricades on Nort~ end of Royal Lane
As I was taking sign inventory, I noticed the barricades north
bound at the north end of Royal Lane were smashed up badly. I
looked like someone' had been using this as access to Thweatt
Road.
?he barricades need to be addressed immediately.
