Cotton Rd. to Royal Lane
Per your instructions at the staff meeting on November 4, 1987 we
have prepared an exhibit showing Cotton Rd. with the adjacent
property owners shown. We understand that this exhibit is to be
used as support material for a November 24, 1987 council agenda
item which pertains to the name change of Cotton Rd. (North-South
segment only) to Royal Lane.
We have copied city staff as indicated below for their review
and comment at the next city staff meeting regarding this item.
