Change Order No. 1 to Schedule III
Dear Mr. Ginn:
In accordance with directions from Steve Morton of the
City of Coppell, we have obtained a proposal from
Uvalde Construction Company (Contractor) for
excavating the existing water main at Bethel Road and
Freeport Drive to verify the existence of a valve.
The proposal appears to be in order and we recommend
that it be approved. We have prepared a draft of the
Change Order to effect his work and a letter of
authorization to the Contractor. Upon receipt of a
letter indicating the City's approval of the
provisions therein, we will direct the Contractor to
proceed.
Sincerely,
Paul A. Lipscomb, P.E.
