Ginn, Inc. 17103 Preston Road, Suite 100 Dallas, Texas 75248 Re: Royal Lane I.H. 635 to Bethel Road Change Order No. 1 to Schedule III Dear Mr. Ginn: In accordance with directions from Steve Morton of the City of Coppell, we have obtained a proposal from Uvalde Construction Company (Contractor) for excavating the existing water main at Bethel Road and Freeport Drive to verify the existence of a valve. The proposal appears to be in order and we recommend that it be approved. We have prepared a draft of the Change Order to effect his work and a letter of authorization to the Contractor. You are authorized to begin construc- tion on the work described in the change order immediately; the change order is being executed and will be sent to you for your signature. Mr. Steve Morton of the City of Coppell will be present during the work involved. Time is of the essence - the City wishes to complete the work by Friday, October 23.
