Dear Mr. Armbruster:
Negotiations with Minyards for the drainage easement is still
under way. The City of Coppell has requested that all work on
Schedule III including waterline and drainage modifications in
Freeport Drive as well as the proposed drainage channel be
suspended until such time as Minyard's drainage easement is
secured. We will provide written notification when Schedule III
can again proceed.
Please continue with work on Schedules I and II.
