Dear Mr. Ratliff:
A notice to proceed with construction of the proposed
extension of Royal Lane from I. H. 635 to Bethel Road
has been issued to Uvalde~Construction Company.
The proposed 16-inch water line from Bethel Road to
I. H. 635 is scheduled to be one of the earliest items
of construction. The water line will traverse near
the site being used by the Coppell Independent School
District for bus maintenance and storage.~ Your
assistance in coordinating the relocation of that
facility with the School District will be appreciated.
