After construction of the dr~nage system has been completed, GRANTEE shall, except for removed obstructions, return the surface ~ea of the easement to its ohginal condition as ne~ly as practical t~ng into consideration the nature of the work being peffo~ed. GRANTORS reserve the dght to use ~d m~ntain ~e surface of the easement for pu~oses which will not interfere with GRANTEE'S hghts hereby granted and agree that upon completion of the drainage improvements and restoration of the surface, GRANTEE shall not be obligated for future maintenance and upkeep of the surface area.
