Jeff Williams of Graham in turn advised Greenway on the change and the fact that the drainage was not affected. Gerald Stool, President of Greenway Investment Company agrees to the change as evidenced by the attached letter, therefore per your statement that this was all you needed, we are proceeding with the paving of the road. Part, acrs 10005 Wi Technology, Suite ] 5'1 Dallas, Texag ?5220 Dear Mr. Mcglroy: I appreciate your notification of Northpoint Drive being approximtely eight inches higher than the plan elevation. Based on the information furnished to me by your engineer, the drainage lines ate constructed to the elevations shown in the plans we approved and there are ,~o negative drainag¢irnplications to our site. Assuming these thiug$, we do not objecx to thc eight-inch increase in the road elevation. Of course, the proper City and State approvals must still be obtained by your engineer. The grading adjacent to thc street should be done in such a manner as to provide gentle slopes and transition to the natural ground. Positive drainage and smooth appeaxance must be maintained on the site. No other changes to or variations from the plans are approved, ~d we will assume that you will continue to advise us of plan deviations (and request our approval of same) as zhey may Tha~ you for your cooperation Sincetely, By:.BG~ :R~GEr eenNWw^a~'~ ~~'~Z 01~ IPpEO i¥I/~' II~/n ¢C. ,O~Pe~E~rLaLI @Pa~r. tRn elrN E lis L.P.
