RE: Grapevine Creek Sewer Trunk Main Branch I and II
Dear Wayne,
In response to Mr. Dan Frettinger's request for a "punch list" from Sm. 0+00 to Sm 68+30,
I submit the following:
1. Complete the T.V. process.
2. Complete the painting of manholes.
3. Adjust the finished grade of any manholes that need adjusting.
4. Visually check each manhole for compliance with the plans and specs.
5. Plumb vent pipes and place blocking concrete as needed.
6. Secure turbines to vent pipes.
7. Make tic-ins at locations shown on the plans.
8. Abandon manholes at locations shown on the plans.
9. Plug existing lines at locations shown on the plans.
10. Recompact slope along rock wall and behind the house west of Mockingbird.
11. Meet with Mr. Charlie Seraphin to resolve any issues related to construction adjacent
to his residence at 776 Crestview Circle.
12. Stake original elevations through the city park area and restore grade to the original
elevations.
13. Repair sidewalk and brick pavers at MacArthur.
14. Repair curb at Mockingbird.
This information is submitted in order to assist the contractor, Kenko, Inc. in the successful
completion of his work and in no way relieves the contractor of any of his obligations or
responsibilities under the terms of his contract with the City of Coppell.
