Kenko, Inc., is in receipt of the letter forwarded by your
office from the referenced property owner. For the record please
be informed that the undersigned visited the property owner on
Saturday, August 14, 1993.
Kenko and its subcontractor, Southland Contracting, has made
a number of efforts in response to complaints communicated to us.
For example, Kenko was unaware of a problem with vehicular traffic
between Mockingbird and Moore Road until contacted by the Coppell
Police Department. As soon as this problem was brought to our
attention the Moore Road access was fenced off and barricades
placed at Mockingbird. Southland has hired Reed Engineering to
monitor the vibrations about the house and pool from construction
activities. Special care is being taken for the safety of the
public around the bore pits.
Before construction in the area, Kenko took pictures of the
fence between the development and the railroad tracks. Kenko will
continue to monitor and document the affects this construction is
having on the property.
