Kenko Job #9306
* Fence
Dear Sir:
Per your request,' this letter is a reiteration of the
discussion between yourself and Kenko superintendent, Jerry Haukos,
at approximately 12:30 p.m. on August 4, 1993. As agreed earlier,
Kenko will commence to move the fence on Tract 10 of Abstract 1296
approximately 30 foot south giving better access and working room
for the referenced project. Kenko will, after having the sight
re-surveyed to insure accuracy, re-install the fence to an
"as-good-as or better" condition. In addition, Kenko will re-seed
the affected area.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
Thank you for your cooperation.
8incerely,
Cindi Anderson
