Royal Lane- Preconstruction Conference
Attached is the memorandum submitted to the City of Coppell inviting several
of its representatives to attend a preconstruction conference for the Royal
Lane project. As of this date, I have experienced little success in ascertaining
information surrounding our conversation of last week regarding this project.
However, time would appear to be of the essence in this matter; therefore,
would you please schedule yourself to attend the preconstruction conference
to be held at I:D0 p.m., Thursday, July g, 1987.
Also, would you please contact Mr. Ginn's office and speak to whomever can
enlighten you as to the logistics surrounding the project and how it has proceeded
to this point. At the preconstruction meeting, it may be appropriate to have
a representative from Mr. Ginn's office attend as well.
If you have any questions or I can assist you regarding this matter, please advise.
