Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
As noted in our letter of January 16, 1987, in order
for the City of Coppell to have a connection to the
Cotton Road-LBJ intersection for this project, the
City of Coppell must officially request the State
Department of Highways and Public Transportation for
approval. We forwarded three sets of prints of our
recommended connection for your handling of this request.
We have previously talked to the State and in our opinion,
this connection satisfies their requirements.
This letter is our request that this item be accomplished
at the earliest. If your letter has already been
delivered, please accept our thanks.
