Dear Ms. Daneshmond:
Attached are two sets of preliminary paving, drainage
and water plans for your review. This work will
accommodate access to the new U.S. Postal Bulk Mail
handling facility to be located at the southeast corner
of Royal Lane and Bethel ~ Road. We have also
attached three extra copies of Royal Lane's connection
to IH 635 for your forwarding to Mr. Yielding at the
State Department of Highways and Public Transportation
for their final comment and/or approval.
Mr. Powell and Mr. Ginn have been consulted regarding
this design. DFW personnel have been contacted regarding
construction on their property. The connection to LBJ
at Cotton Road has been reviewed with the State Department
of Highways and Public Transportation. We have also
forwarded plans to DFW and the railroad for their
review.
Rather than write a lengthy letter on where we are to
date, we suggest that a meeting with you after you
have had time to review these plans would be in order
to exchange ideas. The area drainage is particularly
troublesome.
