IH 635 - Bethel School Road
Dear Mr. Churchwell:
As you requested, we have obtained copies of construction
plans for Royal Lane from south of IH 635 (LBJ Freeway)
to Freeport Parkway and are transmitting one set with
this letter. Those plans include the typical cross-
section included with each roadway design. The attached
plans for Royal Lane are for the east side only. The
west half of the Royal Lane paving, according to our
conversation with Mr. Aaen, was built by DFW. DFW
should have copies of those plans.
Although the cross-sections indicate no lime stabili-
zation, it is our understanding that the roadway was
constructed in accordance with City of Irving standards
which require six-inch lime stabilized subgrade. We
were informed by the engineer that the soils investigation
report for these projects has been misplaced.
