Re: Letter of Permission to Grade to Drain in Lieu of Easements
Dear blr. Powell:
This letter will serve to grant the City of Coppell permission
to enter on my property and grade as required to direct the surface
water into the appropriate drainage facilities as shown on the plans
by Acrey, Roberts and Pierson, Inc., for the "Royal Lane Extension",
page 1 of 5, dated October '85 (Job #84-11P-307).
This permission will be in effect until a permanent system is
installed and shall pass with the transfer of title to my successor
and assignee. However, permission to grade is restricted to the
areas shown on the plan as "drainage easements".
Upon approval of a development plan by the City of Coppell and
implementation of the plan, this letter shall become null and void.
