We have reviewed the above referenced submittal for
conformance to the City of Coppell Zoning and Subdivision
Ordinances.
Prior to placing this on the P & Z agenda for approval, the
following items need to be addressed.
1. Ail fees need to be paid.
Ail utilities need to be shown (which will be a part of
this project) and in accordance with the Subdivision
Ordinance.
3. The right-of-way for Royal Lane shall be 110 feet.
Indicate any offsite drainage contributing to the
proposed street.
Show all existing structures, utilities, sewers, water
mains, culverts within the tract and immediately adjacent
thereto with pipe sizes and locations.
Indicate typical cross section of street and drainage
ditch.
Provide alignment of Royal Lane and Thweatt Road in
accordance with Master Thoroughfare Plan,
