compliance with some of the provisions of the Architectural Barriers
Act, Article 9102, Texas Civil Statutes.
The non-complying items noted on the enclosed inspection report must
be corrected and verification of completed corrections (in writing)
must be furnished to this office within 90 days from the date of this
letter. If compliance can not be accomplished within the specified
time, please contact this office as soon as possible.
Please note, this determination does not address the requirements of
the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), (P.L. 101-336), or any
