There are a couple of' items you should follow up on with the HOA. The tree must have irrigation installed around it, this should happen soon, otherwise the contractor will not cover the warranty. Someone other than the Parks Department needs to monitor the tree watering. The tree will require watering every day ~'or at least the next 6 to 8 weeks, they need to keep it wet. Hopefully at that point the irrigation will be installed, and a weekly program set up. The timing of this tree planting is not the greatest, as we go into the summer heat, watering will be crucial for the tree to make it. Please send the HOA a letter covering these items. I still need a PO for the 22 crape myrtles, I think we can get them in this week. Thank You John Elias Landscape Manager CC: Brad Reid
