Subject: one more question on Old Town
On the areas that we will be showing to sod (the streets that aren’t getting sidewalks will have sod within the
ROW), do you want that irrigated? We can do a drip irrigation system that can easily be dismantled and
converted to a system that will work with the streetscape that is installed later. Or we can leave it with no
irrigation until the development comes in. Not sure how you want to handle. I need an answer pretty quickly so
that our irrigation designer can continue his efforts.
Also, we are still working on all of the changes with bringing Bethel into the Old Town project. I need a few
more days to get the landscape and irrigation design up to speed. Looks like our 90% submittal needs to push to

Friday, April 22. I’m very sorry for the delays but all of the changes in scope are impacting our production

efforts. I hope you understand. We will still be on target for our August 9 contract award if we continue to
push through these last minute details.
