As you and I have discussed in the past, there might be some opportunity for the City to charge
back the time spent on inspecting the installation of the Grapevine Creek Sewer Trunk Main
Project to the available bond funds. If it is still the intent to charge back the time, the
Engineering Department would like some guidelines for the format necessary to track our time
i.e., keep a running tally, or are there special forms to fill out, should the information be
supplied to you monthly, etc. Any insight you can provide on tracking the time will be
appreciated.
