Dear Mr. Vanderpool:
Enclosed are two prints each of our proposed paving
plan, water plan and drainage plan in the area of your
six-inch line inside the St. Louis and Southwestern
Railroad right-of-way. We have relocated our storm
sewer to better clear your facility. We have field
located your six-inch pipe to provide maximum clearance.
We have provided the pavement expansion joints either
side of your facility.
Please review our plans for compliance to your letter
of November 18, 1986. Please provide an estimate of
cost to concrete encase your facility and a schedule
of when this might be done.
