The City of Coppell has begun construction on a major sewer trunk main that will go from the
intersection of Beltline Road with MacArthur Blvd. to the intersection of Southwestern Blvd.
with Grapevine Creek (west side of Denton Tap Road). This is a major trunk line that will
provide sewer facilities for the western part of the City of Coppell. The contractor, Kenko Inc.,
began construction in the first part of May. The citizens of Coppell may have noticed the large
pipe strung out along the north side of the railroad tracks between MaeArthur and Mockingbird.
The City of Coppell is performing the inspection on the project and the city is making every
attempt to provide for a smooth construction project with little or no inconvenience to the
surrounding properties and the motoring public. If you should have any questions or additional
