Gentlemen:
On behalf of the City of Coppell, you are hereby issued a 'NOTICE TO
PROCEED' with construction of the above referenced project on or before MAY 3,
1993. The contract time is 540 calendar days, therefore the contract completion
date is OCTOBER 24, 1994. The contract stipulates Liquidated Damages in the
amount of $500.00 per calendar day thereafter.
The City of Coppell will provide construction observation. This office will
provide contract administration.
