:\t the April 13, 1993 City Council meeting, the Council approved the payment of $20,000 to
.Mr. Bill Troth for the acquisition of Utility Easements for Lots 8 & 9, Northlake Woodlands
P!'.ase !2 and approved the payment of $15,000 to S.C. Parsons, Inc., Troth Enterprises, Inc.
and Lerman Investments, Inc. for the acquisition of a permanent and temporary construction
easement across their property. It has been requested that the $15,000 payment to the three
entities be divided bv the percentage of ownership in the property. That percentage of
(:,,vnership is as follows:
42.5..°', to Troth Enterprises Inc.
37.5% to S.C. Parsons, Inc.
20 ~ Lerman Investments Inc.
Tk.e Engineering Department requests that once these four checks have been cut that they be
returned to the Engineering Department so that they can be provided to the property owners in
exchange for the signed utility easements.
