SS9301-CS 930319 Coppell, Texas 75019 The City With A Beautiful Future 214-462-0022 March 19, 1993 Mr. Steve Parsons 102 Meadowcreek Road Coppell, TX 75019 Re: Grapevine Creek Dear Mr. Parsons: Enclosed with this letter please find revised documents for the sanitary sewer easement necessary for the completion of the Grapevine Creek Sewer Trunk Main Branches I and II. As you and I have previously discussed, this property is actually owned by three entities: Troth Enterprises, Inc., S.C. Parsons, Inc. and Lerman Investments, Inc. The start of construction on this project has been delayed somewhat due to the acquisition of easements. The city has ct, rrently scheduled a preconstruction meeting for March 23, 1993, and the contractor will be ready to start construction the first week of April. It is imperative that the city be in a position to obtain this easement from you in an expedient manner. You have previously questioned whether or not fees that were paid for Northlake Woodlands East Phase 10B would suffice to satisfy your fee obligation when that property is final platted in the future. I currently have an attorney investigating that matter to ascertain the proper approach to resolving that issue. I hope to have that answer to you within the next one to two weeks. However again, it is imperative that the city acquire this easement now and work through the other issues as they arise. If you should have any additional questions please feel free to contact me at your convenience. Sincerely, Kenneth M. Griffin, P.E. City Engineer CC: Wayne Ginn Alan D. Ratliff, City Manager
