As per our conversation on December 16, 1994 concerning the above referenced repair, I
received the final 28 day results on the concrete cylinders testing (enclosed). As you know,
this repair tailed to meet the 3600 p.s.i, requirement set by our construction standards and
details; theretbre, this section will need to be removed and replaced as soon as possible.
Since the holidays are upon us, you and I agreed to wait till after the first of the year to
begin this project. In addition, we will have to consider the weather conditions prior to
pouring any concrete at this site. Furthermore, testing of four additional cylinders will be
required. These test results will need to meet or exceed the requirements set forth by the
City of Coppell.
