Mr. Ken Griffin City of Coppell 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, TX 75019 Re: Riverchase Drive Phase II & III Dear Ken: Larry Davis has inquired about our plans for erosion control along the above referenced street. For the most part, the street is on high ground and accepts very little runoff from outside of the right-of-way. For this reason wedo not anticipate that there will be an erosion problem. We would request, therefore, that no erosion control measUres be required at this time. We will have a continuing presence along this street. If an erosion problem does develop prior to the completion of permanent improvements adjacent to the roadway, we hereby agree to remedy the problem. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
