Walk Through Riverchase Drive Phases II & III

A follow up walk-through was conducted on August 28, 1992 to
ensure punch list items found in the final walk-through were
completed. As per our discussion that afternoon, I informed you
that all items had been corrected.
Please ensure that as built plans and maintenance bonds have been
received prior to final acceptance of this project.
