Walk Through RiverchaSe Phases I & II
(Water/Sanitary Sewer)
Field personnel performed a walk through on the above referenced
project and find the following items to be deficient.
1. Sta. 57+00 - Fire hydrant leaking at lower gasket.
2. Sra. 51 + 90 - Fire hydrant leaking at lower gasket and
possibly at bottom on shoe.
3. Sra. 20 + 00 - Regrout and wipe inside ring on manhole.
4. Sta. 42 + 00 - Fire hydrant leaking around open nut.
Please ensure each of these items are corrected and maintenance
bonds and as built plans are received prior to acceptance of this
project.
