Red Hawk-CS111020 (2) Page 1 of 1 Rhonda Adloo - Red Hawk From:   Michael Garza To:   Terry Holmes     Date:10/20/2011 4:15 PM     Subject:Red Hawk CC:   Lynn Kadleck   Terry, I was informed that the contractor that you have hired to install the waterline is not installing it according to the plans.  There are no stakes for them to go by nor are there any property corners for references.  There is no point of reference for them.  They are installing it on a guess.  Before the city accepts this development you will need to give us gps coordinates every 50 feet on the water line, every valve location, every bend and every fire hydrant.  If the waterline has not been placed in the correct location it will have to be removed and replace in the correct location.   Or you can have the surveyor stake out the centerline of the water line according to the plans so that the contractor knows where it is supposed to be placed.    If you have any questions please contact me at your convenience.   thanks, Mike     Michael Garza Engineering Dept.
