Attached are your mark-ups, copies of the construaion proposals and ten sets of the civil plans for the above
referenced project. We have complied with all comments. 'l'ne changes requested to the landscaping plan
require that a Landscape Architect become involved. The owner is retaining one.' Please forward the plans to
the Inspection Department after they have been stamped.
As you know, this project was approved for construction in the late 1980's. At that time, all applicable fees
were paid. Although it seems somewhat reasonable that the owner pay a second inspection fee, it seems
entirely inappropriate that he be asked to pay a second impact fee for the irrigation tap that has not only been
paid for, but installed and accepted as well.
