Re: Riverchase Drive Phase I
Dear Mr. Daniel:
As per our conversation on April 20, 1992, this letter will serve as the
official acceptance letter for the following parts of the Riverchase
Development:
1)
The entire water line as constructed from MacArthur Blvd. to
Sandy Lake Road. This water line system has been tied into the
City water system since its construction in the late 1980's.
2)
The portion of the sanitary sewer, street and drainage
contained within Phase I. Phase I is considered to be the
section from Station 38 + 72 to MacArthur Blvd.
It is our understanding that the sanitary sewer and storm drainage system
was constructed for the entire street section. However, t~e City will not
be in a position to accept the sanitary sewer system in Phases II and III
until it has been televised. Also, the City will not be in a position to
accept any of the drainage facilities in Phases II and .III until the inlet
tops have been constructed.
I hope this letter has answered the issues raised in your April 15, 1992
letter concerning the acceptance of these facilities.
