When we last spoke about Phase I of Riverchase Drive, you indicated thai this street has not yet been acceplede~ .
by the City. You also indicated that it was your intention to pursue the acceptance of Phase I concurrentiy J~p~ IcO
with the eventual acceptance of Phase II and IlL ~.~
Wc in turn, conveyed this information to our client. Our client is somewhat uncomfortable with this plan.
Oiven the City's uninterrupted usc of this street and associated utflitic~ and the continued operation of the
Rivcrchase Golf Course clubhouse served by thc street and utilities, the City has implied its acceptance.
If thc City's position is that some further action is required by our client to achieve acceptance, we respectfully
request a definitive list of what those requirements are.
We are sure that you will understand that given the magnitude of our client*s intended investment in the
Riverchase development, it is reasonable for him to n~,~c~_ to know his potential exposure, if any, in this regard.
