Attached are two sets of plans for the above referenced project Please review these plans keeping in mind the
history of Riverchase Drive.
The first phase of the street as shown on the plans ha~ been constructed including paving, drainage, water and
sanitary sewer. It is unclear however, whether or not this project has been officially accepted by the City. If
acceptance has not occurred, we need m know what is _need__ed m ob~__n_in acceptm~e.
With regard to phases H and IH, the plans have previously been approved for construction by the City. The
exception of the inlet top~
We are resubmitting the plans only because of the unusual time delay between the utility construction and the
paving,. We assume that the City will want some sort of an investigation of the in-place utilities, either by the
owner or by the City, prior to paving.
