It was an error in my judgement to pick up the marked-up plans on this project before you had a chance to
review and interpret the comments from Public Works. Would you please take a look at these and let me
know how to proceed?

The right-of-way hns already been dedicated.
Phnse I is totally complete.
The uffiities and drainage for Phases I1 and III are complete in place.
These plans have already been approved for construction.
Please define whnt, ff anything, we need to do to examine the existing imPels before paving. We have
already discussed the need to televise thc sanitary sewer.
We would nlso like to know how to get Phase I accepted if has not been already.
