Dear Mr. Morton,
We would like to request permission to erect our temporary concrete
batch plant on the Riverchase II & III project for the street paving. I have
enclosed a copy of the location maps and our Texas Air Control Board permit
on this site. We will move in around the 30th of October and be in operation
for approximately 10 days. If you need any further information please give

This is in reference to your request dated. July 6, 1988 to install your
Portable Concrete Batch Plant No. 8300-50SL under Exe~tion_~3
The information submitted in support of your request has been evaluated,
and it has been determined that your facility appears to meet the
qualifications of Exemption 93 of our April 25, 1986 Standard Exemption
List. Based upon the evidence presented and information gathered by
this office, the Executive Director has determined that authorization
can be granted to construct and operate this facility contiguous with
the R-O-W line of Riverchase Drive (east side) 400 feet north of the end
of existing pavement, Coppell, Dallas County, Texas.
We are voiding the X-174030, X-17403P, X-17403R, X-17403S, X-17403T, and
X-17403U files upon relocation of your facility. If you wish to return
to these sites you must apply for a new permit or exertion.
This authorization is contingent upon continued compliance with the
requirements of this exemption. The operation of this facility at this
site will be monitored routinely by staff personnel to ensure compliance
with all Rules and Regulations of the Texas Air Control Board (TACB).
