Enclosed please find a copy of the Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions for Riverchase and other assorted
documents that will help provide for you a comprehensive
description of the duties and responsibilities of the Riverchase
Owners Association, Inc. In particular, please refer to the
Owners' Agreement attached to the Declaration as Exhibit "B".
The Owners' Agreement is intended to evidence the obligation of
the Riverchase Owners Association, Inc. to maintain common areas
within Riverchase. You will find the definition of "common area"
on Page 2 of the Declaration itself.
The Owners' Agreement format should look familiar. Terra
provided the form used by the City when it adopted its
streetscape ordinance. The rights of the City with respect to
maintenance of common areas are described on Page 3 of the
Owners' Agreement.
