Dear Steve:
Please let this letter confirm the conversation between Mike
Daniel of Nathan D. Maier Consulting Engineers and yourself
concerning the pavestone crosswalks currently installed in
Riverchase Drive at its old intersection with Fairway Drive.
It is our understanding that with the installation of
Fairway Drive in the new location, including the pavers
delineating the crosswalks, that the original crosswalks
will be left as a future entrance to a residential project
in that location. Should the project ultimately built in
this location not utilize this approach as a driveway, Terra
Corporate Joint Venture will insure that the pavers are
removed and replaced with concrete of city specifications.
As we are trying to expedite the installation, completion,
and acceptance of the infrastructure at Riverchase, I thank
