Punch list items below:
1. Replace north & south ramps at intersection of MacArthur
and Riverchase.
2. Install Buttons - Zig Zag
3. Fire hydrant buttons
4. Wrought iron & brick landscape wall along north right-
of-way Riverchase.
5. First fire hydrant east of intersection - Raise
6. Schedule for construction of sidewalk along south right-
of-way.
7. Paint all main lane valve covers blue and mark curb.
8. Paint all fire hydrant valve covers red and mark curb.
9. Manhole @ 5 + 00 (Raise)
10. All catch basin needs to be regraded, cleaned out, sloped
3:1, and grassed.
11. Expose all cleanouts of manhole (19 + 50).
12. Replace valve pad 19 + 98.
13. Straighten valve stack (12 + 00).
14. Manhole Raise 15 + 00.
15. Manhole Raise 10 + 00.
16. Raise force main manhole.
17. Replace valve pad 27 + 00.
18. Manhole Raise (4 + 53).
Continued:
19. Patch all chips in curbs.
20. Clean out all inlets.
21. Install curb @ Club House entry.
22. Adjust valves @ Club House entry.
23. Adjust manhole @ Club House entry.
24. Main line valve missing ( 27 + 00).
25. Move valve out of curb (north of Fairway) and repair
street.
26. Replace valve pad 22 + 00.
27. Replace valve pad 17 + 00.
