Dear Steve:
We are aware that the brick paver wheelchair ramp at the northeast corner
of MacArthur Blvd./Riverchase Drive intersection needs to be repaired. We are
requesting that this be included in the Riverchase Drive acceptance so as not
to delay the opening of MacArthur Blvd.
If you have any problem with this, please contact me immediately. If I
have not hear~ from you by the end of this week, we'll take it to mean that
you have agreed to this.
