This is to advise you that our firm has reviewed the above
referenced plat and found it satisfactor for this stage of
platting. A more extensive review shall be made upon
submittal of construction plans. We do suggest, however,
that a tangent section of roadway be provided at the
intersection of the south right-of-way of Sandy Lake Road and
Riverchase Drive.
