Re: Wagon Wheel Ranch
Elevated Storage Tank
Dear Mr. Swinnea:
This letter summarizes our meeting held today at the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank project. It is
our understanding the following items will be resolved by Landmark Structures over the next couple of weeks to
finish this project.
1. You will mow the grass, fix the irrigation system and maintain a watering schedule to establish a stand of
buffalo grass. Your representative will make daily site visits to the site to confirm the grass and plants
receive the proper amount of water. If a stand of grass cannot be established within two weeks from the
date the watering schedule began, the areas needing grass will be hydromulched and watered until a
stand of grass is present.
2. One landscape light will be replaced to match the fixture recently installed near by.
3. The drainage problem on the north driveway will be corrected by installing conduit under the mow strip
to drain water to the south.
4. The drainage problem in Northpoint Drive will be corrected by replacing the pavement or using a form
of mud jacking if deemed appropriate by Larry Davis.
5. The gate valve located between the wet riser and overflow pipe will be replaced with the same size,
model and make of valve on Wednesday, July 19, 2000.
6. Approximately 20 Compact Texas Sage shrubs need to be replaced along the driveways and natural area.
In addition, a final test and inspection of the cathodic protection system needs to be completed as required by
SC. 13(G) of the specifications for this project. A proposed service agreement for the cathodic protection system
also needs to be provided as required under section SC. 13(H) of the specifications. In order to keep the lines of
