RE: Moore Rd. Imprvts.-Hydromulching/Sodding
Dear Resident:
We regret that we have had to postpone hydromulching in some
areas along Moore Rd. on the West side at this time.
The reason for this delay is that GTE Phone Company will be
laying a new cable in the very near future. Because of the
limited work area involved, we felt that it would be a waste of
your tax dollars to plant bermuda seed now to only have the
phone co. dig it up in a week or so.
When GTE completes their work, these areas will be re-
dressed and then hydromulched as planned.
