Dear Sir:
On May 12, 1987, we submitted a claim notice to you
for damage done on Moore Road.
Please note that the real estate sign which was
d~maged has not disappeared from our property.
Our question is, is the road crew trying to remove
the evidence? We have Polaroid pictures of the
damaged sign if needed. We cannot ignore this
damage and we are prepared for litigation if
necessary.
